  • 1998 - 2001. BAHons in Theatre Design, specialising in costume. Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama

 

  • 2002 - 2013. Touring Wardrobe. Welsh National Opera

 

  • 2013 - 2016. Future Tutor Programme, graduated with distinction. Royal School of Needlework. 

  • 2016 - present. Freelance RSN tutor and embroiderer.

  • 2016 - present. Stitcher for the RSN Studio.

 

Awards and achievements.

  • Heritage Crafts Association/NADFAS Bursary winner - 2014

  • The Merchant Taylors Company Outstanding Achievement Award - 2015

  • Elizabeth Elvin Goldwork Award - 2016

  • The Merchant Taylors Company Outstanding Achievement Award - 2016

 

  • 2015.  Advanced Silk Shaded budgie “Smuggler” was accepted by the Royal Academy of Arts for their annual Summer Exhibition. The piece was also made into a greeting card by the Royal Academy.

  • Runner up in The National Needlecraft Awards 2019 Embroidery Designer of the Year Category.
